We kindly request 24 hours' notice for the rescheduling or cancelling of an appointment.
Please understand when you miss or cancel your appointment without 24 hours' notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive service(s).
Appointment cancelled without 24 hours' notice will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the price of scheduled service(s).
Tardiness Policy
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable.
If; for whatever reasons; you may potentially be late, we kindly request that you call to inform us.
If you are 10 minutes late or more your service will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the price of the scheduled service(s).
